“Lisa was so helpful today, during our call. She suggested something I hadn’t thought of and helped solve my problem. The kindness of others truly meant so much to me today. And also, to have someone answer the phone at a post office-this does not happen in Colorado!”

“Terrific and friendly service at this small town post office. I often find it quicker to drive to Fairfax than to stand in a long line at the Wiley Blvd. office.”

“The staff is always friendly and helpful. My mail service throughout the last 13 years has been good overall. Yes, there were some bumps but we are all human. My most recent driver is great; consistent and always waving. Having a small town post office is important!”

“This Post Office is great and the employees do work harder here than most locations. It’s the people in line that are intolerable. I have heard some of the most ridiculous questions.. zero chance I could hold my composure behind the counter if I had to deal with some of these people.”
