“My son's hamster fell sick on a Sunday night. I called Monday morning and the receptionist was extremely kind and understanding to the urgency of the situation as not many providers see hamsters. She was able to work us in between appointments.
The office was very clean and front staff were friendly and helpful.
The vet and vet tech that treated our hamster were confident and gentle. They spent time answering all of our questions, did a thorough examination, and gave us treatment options. The vet was very sensitive to my son's worries about his pet.
I would highly recommend.”

“Our beloved vet is currently out on medical leave so she recommended we go to Ross Veterinarian while she is out. My kitty needed an appointment quick and they got him in the next day. Every single person we worked with at Ross was completely amazing! So friendly. So caring. So great with my kitty Mookey Bear who ended up having 2 abscess in his front paw pads ?. They were so sweet and tender with him, and so great with me who was very worried. I am still loyal to our vet, but will definitely use Ross Veterinarian if needed again. “I just switch my animals from their old vet to here and I am 100% pleased! The care my animals got here was amazing, they did a full body check on them that my last vet never even did. They also found several mistakes in my animals records from the old vet and did a great job explaining everything and helping me get it corrected so they can be properly vaccinated. I feel like I was taken seriously and not treated like I was dumb when I had questions. I learned more in my one visit with them then I did in any of my previous visits with the other vet. Plus they are extremely reasonably priced. I am so glad I finally made the switch! Thank you all!”

“We visited 12/13/24. Dr. Johnson was wonderful. First of all, when she came in the room she introduced herself which was nice, not all the doctors do this and it would be nice if they would. She was very gentle and kind to my dog and took great care of him and chose best care options for him with his bilateral ear infections. She explained everything thoroughly to me. The techs were also gentle and kind. Dr Johnson also recognized how miserable my pup was and sent him home with another medication for a few days to help with his discomfort. I’m glad we found this vet office a few years ago.”

“Made an impulse choice this morning when my kitty was sick to give Park Towne Animal Hospital a try (since I used to trek to my home town back when I just had one cat) and they provided my baby boy stellar care!! Dr. Johnson and I had three conversations throughout the day as she completed the exam, x-rays and treatment for my sick kitty. Keeping me updated was a welcome and appreciated gesture she so kindly provided. I respected her thorough care and trusted her professional opinion. She answered my questions and provided a few tips when I picked up my little guy after work. I was grateful he could stay the day to be looked after before I took him back home. He's been snuggling up and finally eating more tonight and seems to be doing well back at home. I used to swear by my hometown vet due to their attention to detail and down to earth demeanor (and I'll admit - affordable pricing!) but Dr. Johnson has convinced me without even trying that I can find a great local vet for my two felines right down the street. “Our regular vet is Linn Animal Hospital South, but our dog needed an ultrasound, so we were referred to the Marion location. Dr. Garman was wonderful. She interpreted the images as she was performing the procedure & I was able to view everything on the monitor. When she finished, she took time to go over the results with me & advise me as to the next steps in terms of follow up. I also found the staff to be very friendly & efficient.
