“I took my chihuahua here and was very happy with the care. The staff took time to explain medication regimens and best practices to keep my dog in a healthy weight, good health, and good oral care. They were transparent and helped us improve our home routine in order to avoid unnecessary teeth cleanings by keeping his teeth tartar free on our own. I love going here and it reminded me of my favorite vet clinic from my home town. I would definitely recommend it to others. Cost is very reasonable and they are forward any additional costs before doing testing.”

There have been a couple of times I've called in an emergency, and they could not help in their clinic, but they immediately referred me to clinics that could.
Most recently, my dog ate a skein of yarn. Because All Pets would not be able to perform the necessary surgery, they sent me to Bright Eyes and Bushy Tails' urgent care.
By the time my dog and I reached BE&BT, All Pets had called them to inform them of my visit and sent my dog's vet history, making an absolutely horrible morning slightly better.”

I’ve taken my animals there for years and they are amazing at every milestone, including the unfortunate end. I had to put my boy Richard down last week and they were amazing at every step. They genuinely cared about him and me and they made the end as peaceful and as lovely as it could have been. It was never going to be a nice experience due to the circumstances but they made it as easy as they could. I recommend them to everyone when I talk about vets with people.
I will continue bringing my other kitty to them as I know she will get good quality care from people who do care.”

“I was so impressed with this clinic! First of all - Can I just say it was a literal breath of fresh air that the clinic didn't smell bad or smell or look dirty. A+ on cleanliness and overall care of the facility. I know they see pets and animals - I'm not expecting it to smell 'good'. But I've been in so many clinics where it just doesn't feel cared for. THIS clinic however was so shiny and bright and clean and friendly. Dr. Dennis was SO warm and friendly and very patient in answering my questions I came in with. I don't know the last vet I interacted with that cared so much about helping me feel more at ease with what is going on with my dog. I am so impressed with their service and professionalism, warmth and genuine care. You don't just feel like 'another patient' here. You really feel cared for and listened to. This matters when it comes to your pets!! They are your family. So glad this pet hospital exists! Well Done Animal Haven! 5 stars!”
