Right away, during our out of state moving process, he worked to assist all of our needs for insurance and all the details that come with switching companies, policies and state requirements that were new to us. He explained things in detail, took the time to make sure we didn’t miss things that were unfamiliar to us, and made sure we got every available discount. “Fantastically great experience with Scott Parsons and my renter's apartment insurance. Signing up for the quote was easy-as pie when I initially signed up a couple of years ago. Every year, they sent me an e-mail and a couple snail mail letters to let me know that it was going to be time to renew soon. I had a monthly or annual option. Rates were cheap (way cheaper than where I live now!), and it was effortless and easy. A bit more reminder/snail mail letters that I really needed, but it wasn't overwhelming or spammy. (I'm looking at you, AAA) Now that I was moving, I needed to transfer my renter's insurance. I called their office and had a solution within a couple of minutes - and their office e-mailed me to check back in later on to ensure that the transfer went well. Zero complaints about Scott Parson's insurance. Was a good experience when I had it - and luckily I never needed to make a claim.”
