“After extremely disappointing service at 1827 Ansborough. I chose to go to Lafayette today. The teller Jessi was empathetict o my situation. She got a loan officer to help, he called another department for help. I have not bank at Veridian since 2019 and my name was removed from the credit card in 2023. The quick draw account got missed in my request to remove my name or close all accounts in my name. They attached to my ex-husbands checking account: different account numbers, different address's. That should have never happened. This has put a negative report on my credit. Which is Wrong.”

I know my money is safe and if they see something out of norm they contact me right away. I've found that the interest rates on loans are lower than others. I could ask for a better bank.”
