“I ordered almost $2000 of ceramic tile on 1-25-24 at the Ames store. I was truly amazed at the customer service offered from both Bruce & Alec (store associates). They answered every question to the best of their ability and if they didn't know the answer, they knew how to find it. The variety of tile to choose from was overwhelming and no way would I have figured it out without their assistance. The only hitch in working with Lowes was trying to do a survey online to give both of these people credit for all of their help. For some reason my receipt did not have the ID# required to fill out the survey. Thank you Bruce & Alec!!”
