“My billing got messed up on our 2nd billing statement that we received which said we were late on payment. The office said they fixed it, but then a week later, we tried to get into our unit and it has an extra lock on it. Another problem we have is that we can never get ahold of anyone. UPDATE: I went to the office and was helped by Jill. She is great and has helped me in both of my situations. I did stress how it would be nice to get a response from my phone calls and she said she is in communication with the staff to do a better job of that. She personally went to our unit and took the lock off, which was placed on our unit instead of another unit.”
