“Steve was so helpful when I called to learn more about his storage units and the reservation process. Ames West Side Storage is locally owned and operated and I appreciated supporting a local business. It was clean, affordable, and met our needs. The location and access to the unit was also a major plus. Thank you, Steve! We will use your services again! How soon can we book?”

“0 stars. Was told by the site manager in Ames, IA that if we had everything out before the end of the day OF the 1st, I wouldnt get charged. Charge me another $219 for the month. So I paid over $400 to use 1 storage unit for 4 weeks. Save your money and take your stuff somewhere else. ***EDIT*** They issued a full refund for the month i was charged. My only advise would be to get the details over the phone from the site manager when choosing this storage place. Otherwise, I am pleased with the business.”
