“These are the most generous people I have ever met, saved me on the interstate when I shredded a boat trailer tire (very large and heavy) .. On a Friday... AFTER 5 PM! I would like to thank them for helping me and would recommend to everyone! Down to earth hometown people. Thanks to you, I finally got my boat home.”

“Rydell of Independence is a great place to fulfill your automotive needs. Our brand new Charger got totalled less than 2 months after we bought it.We called Jeff Haight and he was on it. He found us a new Charger, with more options and better price than our previous one.The only thing we had to do was sign the paperwork and Jeff did the rest. Now the only thing left to do is pick it up Wednesday. You couldn't ask for better folks than those at Rydell. We've been buying from Rydell Auto Group for 20+ years. You're not a customer at Rydell, you're family.”

“Was passing through, my plastics under my car started dragging. Went to Orielly they didn't have the pieces. Recommended to go down the street. It was a pretty simple fix but they were super accommodating and I was in and out in 15min. I got on my merry way! Great Service!”

“I was told by a large "national auto repair company" that my Dodge Dakota needed new ball joints on all four tires. The estimate I received was over $1000. to "replace" all of them. I called Bagby Automotive and he had me bring the truck to him to inspect it. It was a very simple fix, and all he had to do was add "grease" and one tiny part to resolve all the issues. He charged me absolutely "nothing" to do the job. I would highly recommend Bagby Automotive, Frances and his employee Tracy (shown in one of the pictures) to anyone who is in the area, or even just passing through.”
