“Though we ran into difficulties getting my new account set up (I.e. network outage and security login issues as a result), the guys at Be Mobile Verizon stuck with me throughout the process and were super nice.”

“I went to the Independence store to have my phone looked at. A nice young man helped me. He explained a lot of stuff that I had been doing with my phone that causes spams and etc. He cleaned my phone, got rid of a bunch of icons of things I didn't need or use. I was so happy when I left. The young man's name was NOAH and he was a respectable and kind person. If I have to go again, I will definitely ask for NOAH!! I am 79 years old and this young man really amazed me.”
