Called the store and asked if I was speaking with someone in the store and they said yes. I asked if they had the Google pixel 7 Pro in stock and she said yes. I drove to the store to find two men working and no Google pixel 7 Pro in stock. I was not happy. I was told head office intercepts their calls. Very poor customer service.

Imagine for a moment my fellow consumers:Your grandparents buy cellphones, and a company takes full advantage of them, charging them thousands of dollars for 2 *TWO* iPhones, takes their iPad, does not give them trade in value, than argues with them in the middle of the store in front of other customers when they disagree with the charges (several $500 monthly bills are absolutely elderly abuse/taking advantage FOR TWO CELLPHONES along with the public embarassment involved)This business should he absolutely ashamed of themselves, and whoever runs this business must be held accountable. A BBB complaint will be filed. Absolutely unacceptable business model.

My 75 year old mother was scammed out of a lot of money for two new phones and an iPad. This place had her trade in an old iPad, didn’t give her a receipt then accused her of lying. She’s been fighting to get it all straightened out but each month they charged her a hundred plus dollars over. Avoid this place. To add a cherry on top—she went in the store and they made a scene complaining she was a hundred dollars plus in the rears, and they did it front of a group of people. There’s a name for this. It’s called elderly abuse .

Scammed my grandparents out of thousands of dollars in cell phone fees. They’re still fighting Verizon over the bills, sent $400+ bills every month for two phones.Predatory cell phone franchise.

Ran a sale on phones, they were colored phone and not neutral colored phones. Sales guy covered the phone with a case in order to make the sale. Was worried about sale over customer. Two days later I figured out my phone was blue and they wanted $50 dollars restock fee and would not drop the fee. Sales guy was very sneaky and they just lost a local customer. I am probably not the only person that feels like this.

I came in to look for savings on our Verizon plan and Calem found savings and also helped in setting up an upgrade on my phone. Great job! It was a pleasure working with him!

WONDERFUL experience!!!! This was my 5th stop in getting a replacement phone set up. Calem at the Infianola, Iowa Verizon Store simply said - “We can fix this!” I almost cried with relief. And he did fix everything! Cannot THANK Calem enough!!!!!!

Joe is so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to upgrade my phone without knowing much about the new phones. He helped me decide in about 10 minutes and was very patient with me. Lol I live in winterset and was going to des moines but they were closed and I didn't want to walk through the mall to the other store. I was picking up an order in indianola and there happened to be an "authorized" store right by me so decided to try them. I have had the best service there than any other Verizon store I have been to. Joe is a wonderful person who asks questions to find out what phone matches the person. Not many dedicated employees like him around. Thanks Joe for an easy transaction and amazing service!

I had a great experience upgrading my phone today. Joseph explained new features and helped me get a plan that meets my needs better. The transfer process was quick and complete. I very much prefer going to the Russell Cellular store in Indianola, rather than on-line, because of the expertise and customer service.
