Great place to live. Good neighbors, fabulous town. The biggest problem. is the rent hikes. It will be out of many residents income range. This is very sad. Because we lose so many good people.

This place is clean and kept up well. Of the many tenants I met they all seem pretty nice. The leasing mngr,Tina is a nice lady that makes you feel welcome and listens to the tenants as well as doing community things with everyone who wants to participate. This place also has some nice amenities and grounds.

Connect 55 is a great place to live. My son and I enjoy the many activities, card games, Wiig Bowling, movies, occasional outings, movies, and potlucks. My handicap son takes advantage of the exercise room and enjoys the monthly veterans lunch. The slogan "come as strangers live as friends" is so true!
