Usually they're pleasant, but went through the drive through and the lady was so short and unfriendly.

Had to switch from Walgreens to Hy-Vee. What a nightmare. Hyvee isn't willing to do much to help with anything. Trying to get an Rx filled but they're making me be the middle man and it's frustrating. Not good customer service at all. They don't bother to go above and beyond the bare minimum.
