Ordered my best friend flowers for the passing of her 2 year old son. They charged me more than I was quoted and messed up the writing on the card.

this is the only hyvee around us that has a full kitchen open passed 2. Our hyvee kitchens in Corydon and Chariton closes at like 2pm. So when we come home from Des Moines we stop at hyvee to get a quick dinner to bring home, the last 2 times we've gotten food from the kitchen it's been horrible. lastnight we got the chicken dinner for 6, the chicken was really dry, the potatoes had standing water in them, the mac and cheese was dried out, and biscuits were like bricks. I am so disappointed in the hyvee kitchen revamps. unless you want dried out burger cakes or walburgers, all hyvee food services have gone down hill.

Aisles on Line is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They text you at 6AM about your order, give you produce so small it will not feed the family (see picture of $3.24 cauliflower only weighing 9 ounces when typical is 2 pounds) or it is rotting, and dairy products are at or beyond their expiration dates. So I switched to Fareway in Indianola. I wasn't contacted about the order until 8:30 AM and I got everything and the dairy is fresh as is the produce. I complained to Hyvee MANY TIMES, yet they just ignored me. Well, just go on ignoring me as I will NEVER use your abysmal service or shop your store.

I stopped in to pick up a bag of ice and few other things. I got to the Self Check out and i forgot my ice and a nice gentleman took me to where the ice was located carried it back and said he would carry it out to my car. Well that young fellow was unable to carry it out and Gavin stepped up and carried it out to my car! Gavin was so polite and was funny! Thanks again Gavin and the young fellow that carried my ice to the self check out!

Hy-Vee catered our rehearsal dinner and everything was delicious! They arrive on time and by the time we were done rehearsing they had the whole buffet set up and ready to go!

I have had on numerous times purchased items from the produce section with mold in the middle and bottom of the package. items from the dairy section either expire the date I am at the store or the next day. and bread that has an expiration date in a couple days. it seems to me this location is providing subpar products trying to safe some money

I stopped in and grabbed some of the marinated swordfish for food prep this week, just cooked it up and took a taste test and OMG! Absolutely perfect cuts of fish and the flavor is phenomenal!! Kudos to the meat department, the marinated chicken breasts were right on point as well.

This review is for the Market Grille. I usually pick up a sandwich from the deli area. It's $5, tastes great, and is made quickly. I decided to try the Market Grille (why the 'e' at the end?) this time and enjoy some fries with my sandwich. Surely the extra $4 for the fries (No drink included!) was justified by the amount and taste, right? I mean, why else would they serve it right next to a deli that makes awesome $5 sandwiches? I ordered to go and noted the drinks were 2 times the price of the ones at the gas station across the parking lot. That's cool. I'll just get my drink there. Ridiculous price difference from the same store/brand but whatever. I wait, get my food and leave. I peek in the bag and just laugh! I paid an extra $4 for a small handful of fries?! Are you kidding me? That portion was lacking. Surely they taste good though right? I pop one in my mouth. I can taste a little seasoning on them. I pop a second to try to identify it and whoa! Nothing but seasoning on this one. Wow! Maybe they are making up for the small portion size by adding more seasoning?? Not good at all. Going back to the market grille menu, I notice that a side of fries is $2. That seems a more reasonable price for the portion you get. Knowing this now, the next time I feel the urge for some fries, I will just order a side of fries (be sure to shake off the extra seasoned ones!) and walk over to the deli and get a sandwich from the nice ladies over there. They won't stare at you like a bug like the lady at the Market Grille did either.

I'm extremely upset with the floral department, they said I would recieve something similar to one bouquet and I recieved something completely different that looks like my kids couldve picked them from a field, wilting flowers, nothing that I was expecting to give to my mom for Mothers Day.

Highly recommend!! However, with the arrows and social distancing, it’s kind of hard to do it as customers when the employees who are doing shopping for customers aren’t following them. Seen at least 3-4 employees who were gathering items not following the arrows.

Experienced the recent change to an express. Enjoyed the experience! Great way to get in and out and enjoy great food! This store is always known for great customer service and with the craziness of going to an express the staff was doing a great job. Great food and great menu options. Will definitely be back!
