4 hours for oil change on my F250. Had them plug tire, still leaking air. Forgot to put stem cap back on. No apologies when I returned for cap, gave me another cap not my own. I will never return.Service: Oil change

Would recommend going anywhere else. Made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from them and will regret it for years to come. Salesmen have no education on any of the vehicles that come through there I'm sure.

I am so far very impressed with this dealership. From the moment that we arrived to the time we left with our purchased vehicle, the team was working to find what would be best for us versus just trying to make any sale regardless of our needs. They truly take the time to hear all of the customer's concerns and spend time searching for the vehicle that fits best. They all went above and beyond plus they stand by the products they are selling. My husband and I will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. These guy's.I have been doing A little Ford business with this dealership for decades since before it was here. It has had many names and ownership but it has never improved but has steadily gotten worse. The last visit was laughably bad, in short the engine came loose and the driveshaft was damaged as it was pulled out of the transaxle.But much more importantly was the lack of response from anyone from the write-ip person to upper management, not a word. Not a sorry, not a thank you for your business, wish we could do better. The entire car dealership business model in an unsustainable dinosaur and people like this are the perfect example of how bad it can get. They should not be allowed to do business. Horrible!

Even when dealing with renovations, short staff, and being the weekend, my car got in shortly and was finished a half hour earlier than first told. Two thumbs up. Cudo's, bravo.

Came in to get an oil change and employees were messing around. Unfriendly staff. Gave me the vehicle inspection without explaining a single thing. Staff aren't friendly at all. Wont be coming back
