I don’t know where people come from at this post office. The line is always long and extremely slow moving. There’s never more than 1 employee working the counter. And people come here like they’ve never mailed something in their entire life or are trying to mail to Jupiter. It shouldn’t take 15minutes for me to mail out a pre-paid package.

I go in to pick up someone's mail as requested while they are out of town, everytime they just look at me like I'm an idiot last time I had to wait even longer for the mail carrier to bring it out because he likes to deliver his own mail? I'm very disappointed in this location probably one of the worst post offices I've been to due to customer service. Also when we bought our house the mail delivery guy threw a fit within a a couple days due to no last names in box because my husband and I both have previous last names due to name changes, we put the correct last names in the box and he still puts the wrong last names in our box! Makes no sense.

These people do not deliver certified mail. Both days I was home and instead of actually walking up and getting the signature that is required they shoved a " sorry we missed you" and then a " your letter is being returned" in my mailbox. Lazy.

Missing tons of mail excluding but not only my health insurance stuff . I have called the state twice now to make sure I have the right address on file. P.O. Box are over priced , the rules for homeless to get one is ridiculous. Snail mail is going to be a thing of the past if you all can’t do better

Kelly is a terrible person. She mentally and verb abuses her mail carriers. My partner quit because of kelly. She doesn't care about your mail she sure doesn't care for the mail carriers safety. I don't know how she still has a job bit I can think of one reason she keeps getting her job back. Someone but a hold on their name at my address they held all our mail and we are still waiting on one last w-2 and we still get her mail we get mail from addresses that doesn't even have any thing relevant to my address kelly needs to go. If you want any chance of saving this local post office stop letting her snake her way back in I hear she's been fired 3 times from The post office for theft and still comes back. Do you seriously not see a problem????????

I was waiting for a package to deliver last Friday 3/15. Made sure my wife was home to accept delivery.. she said our mail guy, who drives a black silverado, stopped at our mailbox for 5 seconds then sped off! THEN he left a note in the mailbox saying “attempted delivery but nobody was available to sign”… I’m extremely frustrated as we made sure someone would be home AND after reviewing all our security cameras the driver made no attempt to have anybody sign.. didn’t even get out of his vehicle!!! Why do a public service job if you’re going to have zero accountability!?

Mail is constantly being misdelivered. I receive neighbor's mail and vice versa. Frankly we should be paid for actually delivering the mail that the carrier couldn't be bothered to deliver correctly. Moreover, they don't answer the phone at the post office. Once there was a number I could call to report that I should have a package but there's nothing, where'd you all leave it, but now the phone just isn't answered.

Mail lady didn't want to get out of her truck and deliver my package in the rain, so she said that I wanted the package to be held by post office until monday. why would I do that when I'm home and never spoke to her, she's a lazy mail lady...worst postal carriers ever work at Indianola Post office
