I am so thrilled about the outcome of my visit to your dealership yesterday! I feel we both ended up with my new car and the car I traded in! I’ve taken excellent care of my car for the past five years. I know it will make someone a great car. Tate was wonderful and I found out that I started working with his uncle at 3M many years ago. His uncle is also a great guy! Tate was very knowledgeable and respectful - I appreciate that. I wasn’t pressured and he answered all my questions and concerns. The rest of your staff were very friendly and made me very comfortable - good people! Thank you for helping me trade in my car for the new car. I was torn about letting my car go but am very glad I did! Very positive experience!❤️??

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Colton was waiting for me when I got there with the car I was interested in and it was warmed up and ready to drive. We took a test drive and he provided me with any and all information that I might need. Once I told him this is the car I wanted he got to work crunching numbers. They held true to their original offer and sent me over to Lourdes to wrap up all the paperwork. I was in and out in 2 hours and 15 minutes total and on the road with my brand new car. I can’t get over how quick, professional and honest they were during the entire process. I will be sending everyone I know their way going forward. Amazing customer service from beginning to end.

Best car buying experience of my life, so kind, caring, found exactly right vehicle for me. Even with less than perfect credit they did not give up or treat me poorly, was first class all the way. I will be telling all my friends, this is the place to go. They go the extra mile and treat you like the most important client they have. They are determined to make it work. The lounge was fabulous with very comfy chairs, tv, internet, phone charging, fresh coffee. The service you get with your vehicle is awesome, complimentary oil changes and even full tank of gas when you leave with your vehicle. They are the best, you never forget when you are treated so well, the only place in my book to go when looking fir a vehicle, they will do you right!

This is the 4th car we have purchased from Gregg Youngg. Tate was awesome, I called asking to look at a vehicle with less than an hour and a half notice and even showed up a half hour early, and he already had the vehicle pulled up front and ready to go! Financing was easy and painless, Jason had us in and out. Sales manager Sean even came to talk while we were waiting for financing. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be back for car #5!

Went to get our first oil change in our dodge charger. We waited in the waiting room and there was Free popcorn and I thought that was special.. But then a manager came out and said on saturday's they have a luncheon that we would be welcome to having. I could not believe it, the hospitality was exceptional. And the oil change took even less time than what we previously thought. Overall it was a very good experience there..

I had a very positive interaction with the sales people at Gregg Young. Caden was very helpful in showing me vehicles in my price range. After searching found the right vehicle and have been very happy with my purchase of my first sports utility vehicle.

Customer service was top notch, the inside detailing that we got was sub par at best. I could see where they put leather conditioning on the seats and where they didn't. And multiple white spots on the interior of doors and dash. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it.

Numerous communications for a recall fix. Seems inconvenient needing to schedule through call center as not everyone is on the same page. I received conflicting information, in writing, whether a loaner/rental was $40 or free. Left voicemail for service manager Tuesday at 9am regarding Friday 8am appointment, as advised by other employee. Never received a call back. Appointment confirmed 10:45am day prior and that they wouldn’t have a rental for me, so I would wait for the service instead. Missed call at 7:15am morning of appointment that they were a day behind on work and if I could find a ride. Called number they left and the main number but couldn’t get through automated message since they weren’t open. Had to drive half an hour to show up for my appointment. Told I could come back at 1:30pm that day and wait for the service. I was glad I was finally able to get the service completed. I didn’t find out until I drove 2 hours on the interstate and looked in my box the next morning that they had taken items out of my back seat and didn’t put them back. I was told they were short staffed but maybe they should scale back on service if their employees can’t handle the workload.

Being new to the area required us to change from our prior well trusted mechanic. The Service department has "served" us well. Tony has been great to work with. He takes time to explain findings and service provided. The phone system is our only complaint.

Just brought my new Buick in for first oil change and tire rotation. No problems. They performed a 14 point inspection and I waited in a very nice waiting area until they wrer done.Nice to do business with a local dealership.

I took my truck in after my new puppy chewed on the wire harness and got it analyzed and was told to make an appointment to come back and get it fixed. The second mechanic checked it out and gave me an estimate that included another analyzing fee in which I complained about. The manager called me and reimbursed me for the whole second visit and apologized for the misunderstanding. I've always had excellent service at Gregg Young GMC in Indianola, Ia.

Last year when I decided to upgrade my Cadillac Escalade, I found a beautiful one at Gregg Young in Indianola. Everyone involved was helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. From the test drive, to the sale, and to the financing, they completely took care of me. They drove to Ankeny twice to pick up my vehicle when I needed service work. Sean especially goes above and beyond, and I am grateful that I can depend on the whole team at Gregg Young! I would recommend anyone to check them out, and I hope to buy from them again in the future.
