“The cargo van we rented the exterior was very dirty/muddy but the interior was clean. When we returned it the associate that processed the return he himself didn’t seem happy when I told him the van exterior was dirty. It’s like he wasn’t surprised it was dirty which means someone else didn’t do their job cleaning the van when it was returned. The associate pulled the van to the uhaul garage and started washing it immediately. Otherwise everything was fine.”
“Both ladies very friendly, super nice. very good deal better than other rentals in area. Upgraded due to lack of car I reserved which was great. Only negative was the cars antenna was broke didn't have radio the whole trip. But due to their great customer service they still get 5 Stars”
