Good variety for continental breakfast from 6:00-9:00. Easy access to the front desk using text messages. We’ll definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great experience living in the apartment over the past year. The service was always efficient, and we really appreciated the safe and well-maintained environment. We only had to leave because the space became too small for our growing family. If you ever have a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available, we’d love to come back!”

“My score got severely affected by the fact that I could not get a breakfast at 10:08 am, despite being a guest for continuously 3 weeks as breakfast is served until 10, so you have to go instead to lunch menu, so who is having lunch at 10am? That is something this hotel who is providing a meal in Bistro has to take into serious account.Some of Bistro staff need serious training before even thinking to communicate with guests.Coffee is also disgusting and for price they charge the juice , shoul not be taken from a plastic can with much aditivesThe hardest workers here are cleaning service staff. They are the stars of hotel.”

“My dad and I spent three wonderful days visiting Iowa City and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was in large part by the Hotel Chauncey and the lovely views of the city the building provided. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. The beds were large with plush pillows. The bathroom was large also with a walk-in shower which is convenient. The hotel was quiet when we stayed there so that was an added bonus. With a downtown location, we were able to get pretty much anywhere wanted by foot or with a short drive. I wish the hotel would have had a restaurant for breakfast though. There is a coffee shop on the second floor if you need a quick coffee moment before heading elsewhere to fuel up for the day. Breakfast withstanding, I would stay here again for the comfort and the outstanding views!Noteworthy details: The rooms have outstanding views of Iowa City and the surrounding countryside!”

“Went here for a birthday party actually. The hotel is so gorgeous. The furniture in the common areas was just incredibly chosen. All the detail that went into this hotel is clear. The pool is gorgeous too! They have a hot tub and an arcade with all kinds of vintage arcade games and lots of new ones too! Everyone we interacted with was lovely. The room was beautiful and you can request a suite that opens into the pool area! 100% will have to have a staycation here someday!”

“I would like to take this Hotel with me on all business trip. Rooms are stylish. Internet is free of charge and super fast! Like over 200 Mbps up and down. The Graduate in Iowa City is partnering with „the GYM“ which is a fully equipped fitness center and you reach it from the Hotel via Level 2. A cafe near the Lobby area serves you a nice coffee. Awesome Hotel and always again!Walkability: Hotel is in the center of Iowa city you can reach anything via foot.Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants closeby.Noteworthy details: Super fast internet!”
