Hy-Vee Grocery Store offers a neighborhood shopping experience with a focus on quality, variety, and customer service. The store provides essential foods, fresh produce, meats, seafood, and local brands. It features a large beer and wine department, a garden center, and a Starbucks. While some find the variety huge and prices expensive, many praise the friendly and helpful staff, though one interaction with the floral department was noted as unprofessional. The store's management addresses issues respectfully. Popular items include the store's own ice cream. For convenience, online grocery shopping for pickup or delivery is available. Many customers feel comfortable and positive shopping at this location.
The last two times we have been there the meat has been out of date. I kept three stars because their produce section is awesome and they carry a wider selection of energy drinks than most other stores
