“Simple process. Just wish they would give you exactly what you reserved. Got a 16 foot truck instead of a 12. Had a tight space so the larger truck was difficult. Very nice staff and a good quality truck at a reasonable price. Seemed to be Penske not the local people who mixed it up.”

“We had rented 2 U-Boxes for a gap between our lease ending and a new one starting, as well as a truck rental for pulling everything out of the boxes after. After coming in and having a mix-up over the phone which led us to not have access to our boxes the first day we needed them, Rachel (Manager?) Helped us set up access for the next day and even reimbursed us a bit on a new truck rental the day after.
Overall had a great experience and just had to leave a review!
