The store is always clean and has a good selection, though some note it can be a bit overpriced. There is usually a wait to check out with only two registers, but they have added new shelving with last-minute items. Customer experiences with the pharmacy and photo services vary. Some report very long waits, canceled appointments, and occasional staff irritability at the pharmacy, which may be due to staffing issues. However, other pharmacy staff and interns are noted as very friendly and nice. In contrast, the photo counter service receives high praise for being fast, simple, and providing great quality pictures. Staff there have been described as extremely understanding, kind, and sympathetic, even going above and beyond to help customers during difficult times.

Ridiculous wait time to pick up a new prescription for a sick child, extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone

Constantly understaffed, inconsistent hours, and you are not able to call and ask questions at all because of an unhelpful answering machine. Only positive is their stock, but of course you need to wait 5 minutes for someone to check you out; you can get most everything at a different store, only reason to go is its location
