“We just purchased a new 2024 Rogue! We are so excited! We were out of town for weeks dealing with family issues and Tendai knew we were watching and waiting for the perfect Rogue and the perfect time to make the purchase he kept us updated on promotions and rebates! After several text and some negotiating he said send us a down payment and we will hold it for you! We got the this morning and everything was all written up and ready to go Todd was great helping with the paperwork! Tendai trained us on using everything in the car now we need to practice !! We keep going back because they truly care about their customers and we love the services they provide!!”

“I tried the festival car wash up by mcdonald’s by main street and couldn’t get the card feature to work. I came here with cash used that and the cutest neptune coins came out. The pressure was great the soap feature not the best but I called and they said they have a repair man coming to fix it very soon. The brush feature worked great so did the wax and spot free rinse. Highly reccomend. I drive a very big silverado 2500 and it took me 18 minutes to wash. Highly reccomend great price.”

“The gentleman that runs it or owns it, whichever.. is super kind. I was vacuuming my car and I guess he noticed by the sound the vacuum wasn’t working right, he came over and reimbursed me and then some for the vacuum, when I moved to the next one, after he tested it for quality, he immediately cleaned out the one that was malfunctioning. “Only place in the Cedar Valley I will go to wash my truck from now on. I HATE the long lines at Vets in Waterloo and the smell of manure gets overwhelming very fast. Premiere has a bay big enough for a bobtail truck, and hoses that reach all the way around the truck. No long lines and no awful smells. Premiere has earned themselves a customer for life! “Tommy’s Express is the best automatic car wash I’ve used. I’ve tried everything from small local washes to large chains, and this is the only one that consistently balances speed and quality without cutting corners.
Even when there’s a long line, it moves quickly. I just ran my truck through during below-zero temperatures with snow dust and road grime everywhere, and it came out looking great. Some washes struggle in cold weather, but this one performs the same regardless of conditions.
