will not honor checks from their own accounts. my daughter was paid by her employer who's account is with Farmers in Jesup. they told hershe couldn't cash it there because SHE didn't have an account with them. I will tell everyone I know how this institution is corrupt and has zero cutstomer concern. I would bank with Bank America before I would put a dime in this rat hole .

Wonderful staff and great people that work there. Unfortunately the employees hands are tied when it comes to being able to offer services for my business. No longer a main branch and very inconvenient to have to call to Waterloo or drive over there for minor things.

Friendly, honest people that helped us with the services we needed. they took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose the type of account that was best. this was for my daughter and Angie did a great job of working wit her and explaining things to her, even offering to help "anytime". I'm proud to support FSB. They are what hometown banks are all about. It's more than just business. It's "How's your family?" "Is there anything else we can do to help?" They're always there! They take great care of us! They always tell me my questions aren't d**** and I can call as many times as I need to :) They take their time and always have the time!
