The person we worked with, who I believe was a manager, (Brennen, perhaps?) was great to work with, both at the beginning of our rental and upon us returning the vehicle and talking through a small issue that had come up with the vehicle itself. Excellent customer service; we'll definitely be looking to rent here again.

The front desk folks at both the Johnston, IA and Euclid location in Des Moines were friendly, helpful, and professional. An error was made when I checked out and the receiving location cleared it up without costing me any fees. I appreciated not having to argue or stress.
