Fuller Rd location. Website easy to use and reserve car. Car was ready when I arrived. Very nice and clean car. Agent at check out was very friendly and showed me how different controls worked, which I was very grateful for. Agent at check in also very friendly and asked me how the rental was. Very good experience!

Carl Preston at this location although overworked and receiving no help was on it with all info and questions. He made sure I was happy before I left and made everything right that went wrong. Carl has great customer service and it should be noted he resolved all issues under stress and understaffed. Thank you Carl

This review is for Kyle Brunson branch manager at this location. After coming in while not being able to reach location by phone Kyle apologized and explained they have been having issues with their phones
