UScellular provides friendly, courteous, and very helpful personal service. Staff members are patient and take their time to ensure customers are happy and understand their options. They are skilled at working within a budget and securing great phones at great prices. The store itself is a nicely kept and wonderful facility. A noted drawback is that phone display models are often not in stock. However, the overall experience is marked by exceptional kindness and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
