“I have been a US Cellular customer for over 10 years, and was skeptical about the T-Mobile merger. However, the integration seems to be working well, I’ve noticed better service in areas where US Cellular previously claimed that I would have good service, and as for the people working at this specific location- they are super helpful, friendly, and Jason went above and beyond to help me out with getting documents of my call history. I will be forever grateful and thankful for his help, and amazing customer service.”
