Had a billing question a your automated answering thing, made it out immediately like I had to pay th bill first before getting to ask anything. Not to mention my autopay is NEVER on there even though I sign up for it ever. Single. Month. It’s ridiculous and annoying, i feel provoked at this point.

This is by far the single worst phone service I have ever had. It cuts out all the time, and the internet is garbage. Would not recommend to anyone. As soon as I'm done paying my phone off I'm switching back to Verizon.

Called and was told only cost activation fee and taxes, when I went out I was told my bill would go up and I had to pay both the other amounts also. They all need to be on the same page for their customers.
