Scenic Valley Motel is a comfortable, clean, and economical older motel in a great location. It is described as a peaceful and serene place, perfect for a quick overnight stop. Rooms are cute, very nice, perfectly sized, and do not have any odors. They feature comfortable bedding with great beds and pillows. Rooms include a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, and entertainment options like DirecTV and Roku. The decor is woodsy. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and check-in is easy. As an older place, rooms and showers are small, and there is no ice machine. It is noted as the best lodging in the area for being away from noisy train tracks. Guests indicate they would definitely stay here again.
Bed was not great but I slept like a rock. Heater was struggling with -5 outside. Wish the lamp had a shade. But I'd stay again. Shower soap is potent, wouldn't use it again.
