“There seems to be a trend here. Friendly, professional, reasonable...etc. We had heavy snowfall today which made driving conditions bad. As I was driving to work, a semi nearby hit me on the highway. I avoided the crash, but ended up in the ditch. I was totally stuck. Fast forward...I had to find someone to get the car out and that's when I found Larry. Obviously, he was in the midst of a busy day but he was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule. Anyway, he was fast, efficient and charged a fee that was fair. It was a pleasure to get to know him. It's not much fun when you have to call someone like Larry, but his friendliness and good work definitely softened the blow. I have no problem recommending Larry. Thanks for everything Larry!”
“McAtee tire in Marshalltown is the height of trustworthy service that goes above and beyond. My family and I have been customers for years and years. They always try to get us in when emergency strikes—AC going out in August, for example.
When my window stopped working, they could have chosen to charge me upwards of $600 for parts from a dealership and labor fees on top of that. Instead, Stan & co. directed me to find the parts by number online, watch a tutorial, & install it myself. It cost me $30 and took 10 minutes!
That's just one example of their level of conduct. The folks are friendly, the facility is bright and comfortable, and the service is second to none. You can't go wrong with this crew!”

“Lonnie gave me a fair amount, in cash, for my '05 Impala. I was hoping for $200, but considering the shape it was in, I was probably pushing it. ? I appreciated also that he was prompt, and arrived at the towaway location I gave him as we agreed. He hasn't built his fleet of tow trucks by being irresponsible with time, that's for sure. ?He also helped me take a few things out of my trunk while he was at it. Topped it off by letting me keep the pen he handed me to sign the bill of sale. I know that's a common business practice, but that just goes to prove that the best businesses attend to the details -- right down to excellent writing utensils. ?”

“On Sat just after lunch, Walmart was backed up 6 hours for low tire. Would not help. Went to used tire outlet center. Tire fixed and back on road in about 20 minutes. These people are angles!”
“DJ answered the call and took care of my problem as quickly as he could. Did a complete transmission swap and reprogrammed the new one as well as found some other problems while doing the job and called to explain what the issues were first and asked if I was good with having those done too since he was right there in it. I couldn't be happier! Trans works great and is butter smooth.”
