They run you hard and you never sit for too long waiting on your next load. They have an open door policy. It's a small family owned company. They have their own shop and truck wash on property. You are definitely not a number here and they are sympathetic to your needs and your family needs. Get home when u need it. I wouldn't work anywhere else.”

“The best place I've ever worked for in my 8+ plus years on the road. Definitely treat you better than any mega carrier who says they're family oriented. They believe in family time. Know you by name. Neal, Denise, Tanner and Brendan care about they're drivers and show them the utmost respect. I will retire from here. The equipment is beyond top notch. Don't hurt for miles. Don't sit alot. And they let you do your job without micromanagement. Again best place to drive.”

“I worked for this company in total 6.5 years! Best OTR company I've driven for, hands down! I only left because I wanted to be home with my little ones or I would have stayed. The office personnel, dispatchers, safety, mechanics and shop personnel are amazing and listen to concerns. Only company I've ever been at that you can walk into the owners office (Steve) knock on the door and have a seat! Same with the vp (Jeff), walk in have a seat and a conversation. I absolutely love everyone there! I stay in touch with some of them still to this day because they are an amazing group of people. Some of these stories on here are unbelievable. Respect is earned not given. If you show respect it will be returned 10 fold! They set up the rules and let you know everything up front from bonus pays to maintenance issues, home time requirements and that is the best! Communication is key in any business especially in trucking with the proper communication makes a successful career. They still have one of the best top out pay schedules with experience, new equipment and will do their best to keep you happy, healthy and safe! If you are open minded willing to keep your butt in the seat and get those miles, they give them to you. They are a majority reefer company but do haul some dry vans. I'd recommend them over any other company.”
