I couldn’t tell but I think it was from an actual person and not an automated response. Same as when it shipped. I ordered this part on Wednesday around 11:30 A.M.. Got the part today Friday around 3. These guys were super fast at shipping. They also have a lot of nice stuff on their website. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.”
