“****UPDATE 10/22**** Changed my rating to 5 stars. Management reached out to me regarding the lock and credited me back the admin fee. Great customer service makes this storage facility top-notch! Amazingly easy rental process by phone or online. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was no temp combo lock on the unit nor a complimentary keyed lock inside the unit as stated at the time of agreement. I had no choice but to use my own lock.”
