“After I hit a deer smack in the middle of my front end, pushing the grill and both front side panels back, there was no question where I would have it towed. Star Auto Body has repaired other deer impact collisions on other vehicles in the past. They have always done exceptional work.
This time it was no different.
Our insurance company total our Murano although it looked like it needed to be in my simple opinion. The insurance also did not agree to replacing a bracket that “might have been damaged” when Star Auto Body requested that. After the repair, the adaptive cruise control would only engage sporadically and would often just turn off while in use. Star was wonderful in working with our insurance company to reopen the claim, getting a new bracket that held the front sensor in place for the adaptive cruise control. The Murano is like brand new!

“I was visiting the area and noticed a problem with the baseplate (for towing my car behind my RV). I called Truck Specialties to ask if they could take care of something like that, he said yes but they were booked until next week. But he said i could bring it by and they could at least take a look to let me know if it was a serious problem or could wait. So i did. A very nice tech took a quick look, confirmed that it was a serious (and potentially very dangerous) problem and they made the time to fix it on the spot. In about two hours I was on my way - safely! The price was very reasonable and the folks there were all very nice to deal with. I couldn't have been happier - or more grateful for the service i got at Truck Specialties.”

“Found I had an oil leak on my vehicle, so I stopped in to Hosmer to have them look things over. They found a couple suspicious spots for an oil leak so I had them repair it. Was told to come back in in a couple weeks to make sure they got it all taken care of. Turns out the spot they were hoping wasn’t leaking was and was going to be expensive to fix. Decided to see what I could do to afford a new vehicle. Rick Brunsvold went over options on a vehicle I liked and even went as far as to find one I didn’t even know was on the lot. Can’t say enough good about the guys in the service department and Rick in Sales!”

“Absolutely amazing service!!! I was traveling from Minnesota to Des Moines on a Saturday and developed an issue with my vehicle. I happened to be in the Mason City area and pulled into Precise Auto to see if they would be able to look at it. I didn't expect much as it was a Saturday, but the owner, Tom, and the mechanic, Jason, were more helpful than I could have even dreamed of. They took my truck in, diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, and were able to have it fixed in under two hours and get me on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!”
