“I left a review for the PS 600 where I mentioned that one of the vials was empty. I received the vial with the powder. I received an email asking that I call into the customer service representative.
Yesterday I called Revival and the customer service representative was beyond condescending. I explained that I didn’t have two full vials upon delivery. She told me that I should go get a sterile saline! WHAT??? Why should I go get sterile saline? I bought 5 doses of what exactly? If I now need to go BUY saline! How would any reasonable person find this appropriate?
Secondly, I stated that English is not my first language and that’s where the conversation became asinine! If you record the conversations please pull the conversation I had with her. She was rude, condescending and intolerant. I am appalled that this caliber of person works for your organization.
I love your products but this experience has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Why would someone be so hateful? Furthermore she did ABSOLUTELY Nothing to resolve the issue! I would like this lodged as a formal complaint.
At this point I have paid over $80.00 + for absolutely nothing! I am so completely disappointed, this is not ok!
Update 5/13/25 I called Revival back and the new customer service representative was Caley and she was so kind, she listened and I finally felt HEARD! She also confirmed that the information provided by the other agent was incorrect! I am so thankful she fixed the issue! I would love to give her 10 stars if I could! Thanks!”
