Marty at blairsferry auto didn’t hesitate to figure out what was going on and even stayed late on a Friday to fix a problem that he didn’t cause and he did it free of charge. I’ve never had an experience like this it’s always bust out another thousand when this happens. The receptionist is a sweet lady she gave me a free drink when I was thirsty. “Zac and his team are upfront with diagnosis and pricing. Has repaired a few of my vehicles. Also fixed a problem with my Malibu that another shop said I needed a new air conditioning unit after my serpentine belt broke. Zac found a little flap ( piece ) of the old belt wrapped around a pulley said that's what the noise was. The other shop told me $1,200.00 to replace air conditioner unit. Glad I got 2nd opinion from Zac.

Bryan was able to take care of both vans and get them ready for the coming miles ahead. He even gave the vans a bath before we picked them up as well.

“My family was out there for my son’s baseball tournament. Leaving the parking lot on a Sunday afternoon my Tahoe blew a heating hose. I was able to find A&M Auto online and Matt answered the phone when most other places were closed.He was able to get the part, fix the car, and get me back on my way to Chicago. While he was working he showed me everything he was doing and explained why it happened. His wife and kids were also there to entertain me.They are a great family and if we have a tournament out there again next year I plan on stopping by to see how they are doing.Brad”
“I can't say anything about prices because I've never actually scheduled a service with them, but I've lived close to the shop for about a decade and they've been probablythe best neighbors I've ever had.
They saw me struggling to jump my car with my dinky jumper and came over with their own, they saw me and my friends trying to get my car off the snow pile it was stuck on and got out a chain to pull it off with their own vehicle, and the one time I got so desperate I went to ask for help with my key stuck in the ignition (fully intending to pay whatever I needed) they got it out with no trouble and no cost.
I don't have the money to pay for the upkeep I know my car needs right now but when I do I fully intend for them to be my go-to shop, both for their kindness, their lack of condescension considering how obviously I know nothing of cars and the quick and skillful work I've seen up close and from across the street.”
“Generally good experiences servicing my VW, though communication needs improvement. On my last visit, I was told 4 hours. At the five hour point, when I had heard nothing, I called and couldn’t reach anyone in service for an update. Gave up and got a ride to the service office in person, and my car was done. No notification until the next business day when I clearly had already picked it up. Everyone was nice, but my expectations weren’t managed. Courtesy drivers were fantastic!”
“I have gone to this dealership a few times over the last ten years for cars. I have had the pleasure of working with a few different salesmen and their service department. Jordan was my most recent salesman and he has been excellent in finding us options and taking care of any of our needs. I particularly enjoy that these salesmen will make it feel like home while you're working with them, even played games with my kiddo. The service department has always been helpful in warranty information or how to get an issue fixed as well as working around my schedule.”

“Excellent service! The climate controls were sticking on my heater/air conditioner to the point where I couldn't turn the knobs to adjust any of the settings. My mechanic suggested I take my car to H&S and I'm glad I did! They were very honest with me and got the controls fixed at a price I could afford. I definitely recommend H&S and will not hesitate to take my car to them again!Service: A/C installation & repair”

“I cannot say enough about how great the service was. I got sideswiped by a semi truck that morning and it ruined my trailer tire. After picking up two new tires, I drove to Linn Co-op to see if they could put them on for me (Linn was recommended by another tire shop in town because they couldn’t get me in until the afternoon). Not only did they drop what they were doing to put the tires on, they didn’t even charge me for doing so. His response “You’ve had a bad enough day already, I am not going to charge you.” If I am ever in town again, they will definitely get my business.”
“The owner of the service is Jim, a very high-level specialist and a very nice guy. I came to him and in two minutes he found a malfunction due to which my ABS and VSA lights were on. I am very grateful to him, because when I was in another service with my Acura, where they fiddled with the car for an hour and recommended replacing my NEW candles and gaskets valve cover, given that there were no smudges or air leaks, and the check lights on the dashboard were the problem... I recommend this shop to all of you, Jim knows his business and works quickly, thanks to him for saving my time and money”
