Shout out to Madison M from the Marion branch! She had helped us refinance our vehicle loans and made it a smooth transition. My payoff check never reached its destination and she made sure to send out a new check and reassured everything was going to work out. Thanks to her we saved money by keeping the same amount of months left to pay with a new interest rate.

Every time that I stop at the Marion Hills branch location, one particular employee, Wayne Petersen, is so very polite and helpful to me. Last week, he even contacted one of the other branches in a successful attempt to find a check that our family was not certain we had deposited. He was able to locate the check, and he very promptly sent me an email containing a photo of it. We so appreciate his professionalism and his kindness.

RuPaul Joshi was a great teller for me . She went above and beyond, in my opinion, to get information I was requesting regarding the current offer of additional funds to a companion account. I asked questions that were probably a bit out of the ordinary but she sought the answers to my questions. She also helped me correct an oversight on my part which helped me better invest some of my money. She was extremely kind and professional. Outstanding service!
