“Generally good experiences servicing my VW, though communication needs improvement. On my last visit, I was told 4 hours. At the five hour point, when I had heard nothing, I called and couldn’t reach anyone in service for an update. Gave up and got a ride to the service office in person, and my car was done. No notification until the next business day when I clearly had already picked it up. Everyone was nice, but my expectations weren’t managed. Courtesy drivers were fantastic!”
“Everything I expected. Clean property and building. Many quality options to choose from on the lot. Ken was polite and professional. A few days after purchasing my vehicle it developed a misfire. Despite being sold as is to me, I called the dealership. Without hesitation they told me to drop it off next day. Their in house mechanic had it quickly diagnosed and fixed that same day. No cost or delay to me. They did not have to do that, but they did. Again, clean and professional experience from beginning to end AND BEYOND! I was excited to do business with them and was not disappointed.”

Jordan was my most recent salesman and he has been excellent in finding us options and taking care of any of our needs. I particularly enjoy that these salesmen will make it feel like home while you're working with them, even played games with my kiddo. The service department has always been helpful in warranty information or how to get an issue fixed as well as working around my schedule.”

I then went right back and was able to get another van as I was able to keep my other car that I purchased from them before, now having two great working vehicles from them. “I had a great experience with this Dealership! The owner was extremely honest, straightforward and very helpful. He was honest about the cars history and what was fixed on it prior. Decent prices for used vehicles, a nice selection of cars. He went out of his way to explain everything and help me get into something that I could afford and that was drivable. As expected with used cars there is maintenance for only the brakes that need done, used cars are not always perfect. I was given the option to take to or bring a mechanic which wasn’t necessary for me honestly. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking.
