Would have been 5 stars, but after being with them several years, there has finally been a major issue. They promised my buck wild would have been honored as I was in the store on a Saturday, the last day of the promotion, and due to no one available to inventory, they promised I would still get the promotion. Then proceeded to tell me they would contact me for a delivery time. I never recieved a call until the delivery drivers were at my house while I was at work. I told them I never recieved a call to be aware anyone was coming so we rescheduled. Then noticed when my first payment came out I didn't get the promotional as it should have been 1st 4 weeks free on top of it they were doing bi weekly payments. I have NEVER been bi weekly, I have notified them several times and they seen as well, I have always been weekly. Now, they went and over drafted my bank account by taking out well over 500 dollars and have to contact bank and get my family attorney involved if this matter does not get fixed TODAY. like I said, they were amazing been with them for years have leased a few furniture sets, couple washer and dryers a fridge and never had issues. Do better Arona you were great!
How about some compensation for your complete incompetence for a loyal customer and honor my buck wild promotion and give me 4 weeks free for your mess up!!!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We had an item that was supposedly special order. So we had to return it due to life. They took a payment out for it, and refuse to issue a refund due to ‘policy’ but can’t give me the policy where it states this! They continue to block me instead of making the issue right. Beware of this store.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Refused to refund our money after making several excuses for not delivering. We have not signed anything nor do we have the item in possession. Was told "working adults know things happen." When we said we would take our business else where do to lack of service.

really upset with the way the store is running now a days. i ordered furniture was delivered broken and was told to put some staples in it. then ordered a fridge and stove, fridge was so damaged wasnt keeping it took pictures and it sat in my living room for almost 2 weeks. stove was damaged and dented not even a discount on that or anything. very unprofessional people running their trucks here.

Great selection of merchandise great prices friendly staff customer service representative was quick but concise and explained everything and helped out til I was satisfied

Manager is unprofessional and can't handle a legitimate comment from a customer. She hung up on me twice cause she thought I was being rude which I was not. I was upset I wasn't getting my money back after canceling. I didn't even have the items in my possession.

Poor customer service. Took a week to finally get them to pick up my broken washer after excuses everyday. Then it took 2 more weeks for it to get fixed then after that they want us to wait several more days before they will bring it back. Have to pay every week for something I can’t use n don’t have and then pay to do my laundry at a laundry mat. If you call and they actually answer don’t let them hang up till u have ur answers. Stay on the line tell them ull hold. They will not call u back like they say they will. They never called my wife or myself back each time they said they would. And when I called back to see what the answer was they were conveniently on the other phone and couldn’t talk right now n would call me back. Only 1 person can help you nobody else can. This is the absolute worst customer service ever.

Everyone here was extremely helpful, they ordered the furniture I wanted, there were a few issues with the supplier but not the stores fault, I am very happy with my furniture & I will do business with them again in the future

This place is the worst place to do rent to own from I will make sure that I tell each and every one of my friends not to go through this place they are very shady and they are rude we rented a living room set from them when they were Aaron's rent to own when we couldn't afford the almost $500 payment we asked them to come and get the furniture when they sent their driver out to pick it up the driver's line and said that the furniture was infested with roaches which in fact with documentation from pest control three different ones pest control confirmed that the furniture was bug free now Aaron's or what they call now arona is getting ready to file charges against my wife for theft when it was their screw up and they didn't come and pick up their furniture please anyone that is reviewing these reviews please stay away from this company they are bad juju and I will keep posting this every time he gets taken down beware
