Awful service. They messed up my alignment absolutely wrecking my brand new tires. Won't even honor fixing it it. The first vehicle I had in, they couldn't balance my tire right, took it in 3 times to fix it. Now they screwed my alignment. My tires have less than 7k miles and half the passenger is completely bald.. Just awful. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.Service: Wheel alignment

On our way home from State Fair, broke down around 7 pm at night, stopped in and said he would fix it in morning, they close early on Sat but he stayed over 2 hours past closing to get our car fixed as we live over 2 hours away. Will always come back if in the area and need tires or repair. Thank you

I had set up an appointment on a Wednesday & on Saturday at 9:00, the repairs to my tires were completed by noon. No problems since! Thank you for the prompt and complete service.

Went to have a front end alignment and they figured out that it wasn't the issue, it seems like I needed new arms on my car. I appreciate the hard work that they had and didn't do the alignment and let the arm bar go out.

This is my Tyre place, period. Don, Jerry and their team are excellent at what they do. Not only tires, they do a lot of automotive work on all makes. Prices are competitive and a good value. They do not try to sell they give honest evaluation and let you decide, no pressure sales at Big 8.
