Had a great experience buying a new Pacifica. Diego and John made the negotiation painless, working with me on price via email, then passed me on to Nykolas, who allowed my wife and I to complete credit check and confirm interest rates over the phone and email. Made an appointment to come in and complete the process, showed up, did a quick test drive to make sure all was good with the van, then worked with Nykolas to sign paperwork and go through the usual service options. Oscar gave us a quick walkthrough of features and answered all of our questions. We were driving home with our new van in 3 hours.
That evening, I realized that we'd made a choice I wasn't really pleased with on the extended warranty and emailed Nykolas. He was out of office the next day, but found me an option that everybody was happy with the day after, and we signed some new paperwork online that day.
This was the smoothest car buying process we've been through in many years.

Some of the engine oil drained onto the skid shield and then ran out onto the clean white concrete when I got home. More caution the next time and/or clean up the mess.

I was out of town when my fiancee had lost the key fob to my car. Pretty basic, but a "complimentary inspection" was performed in which I was charged for shop supplies and disposal. It was kinda like if a homeless person offered to wash your windows, but you have to buy the Windex and the newspaper, then pay a littering ticket after he throws in on the ground next to your car.
The key works flawlessly.
