i like that there is now a quick lube service at the Marshalltown loction only thing that i miss is that if they find something wroung with my vehicle i have to schedule anouther appointment with the shop and iam guessing that the crew at the quick lube isnt gm certified

We went to Karl of Marshalltown for our daughter to drive a GMC Terrain as a comparison to a Chevy Equinox she had already driven. Oscar (although I think he is a newer employee) was great! He went with us on the test drive & was helpful showing us the features on the 2024 SLE we drove. We left for a bit to have family discussion on her thoughts. She was "in love" with the Terrain, but the SLE didn't have a few of the features she wanted. So we went back to talk to Oscar and let him know that the Terrain we drove wasn't for her. This is when he introduced us to Mark. We talked and explained the features which were a "must have". Mark & Oscar did a build on-line and found many within a reasonable search area. We gave a deposit & the approval to go find the car she wanted. Within a week, Oscar called & they had one located. By the end of the next week, my daughter had her new car. She was elated!Oscar & Mark (and others involved in the buying process) were all professional, non-pushy, & had the drive to provide her satisfaction - which they did 110%!Would I purchase from Karl of Marshalltown again?? ABSOLUTELY!!

Came in several hours away from out of state to purchase a new Ram truck. Worked with Megan who went out of her way to ensure the purchase process was smooth, fast and she was very considerate of my time. After pulling up she had the truck ready for test drive and to take me through everything. Someone mentioned this was one of her first weeks in the role, couldn't believe it - this was one of the most efficient and friendly new vehicle purchases I ever had! They went out of their way to help with some out of state titling and registration hurdles as well. Highly recommend Megan, Aaron and the team at Karl! Great experience!

I had just gotten a new vehicle and wanted it. New oil change and checked out after it was done. I was told I have a perfect vehicle basically come to find out the next day. I had a bone dry power steering pump and I was making noise driving down the road so I called my husband and he drove it and then we ended up taking it back and they looked over it again and found close to nine hundred dollars worth of things that need to fix. I was not impressed at all worried simply just because what else could be wrong or what else isn’t being looked at that sort of thing, but then I talked to Jared who then offered to make it right. He offered to give me a few hundred off of the repairs and it’d be up to us what we wanted done. I appreciate the making it right. That’s the important thing.
