To whom it may concern,
We have repeatedly faced racial discrimination while shopping at your store. Specifically, when we, as Asians, shop at Dollar Tree in Marshalltown, an elderly cashier named KYLE (name might be incorrect) treats us unfairly compared to other customers.
On multiple occasions, we have observed that while other customers are thanked and have their items properly bagged, we are handed our items without any proper packaging and with no words of gratitude. This discriminatory behavior is deeply hurtful and unacceptable.
We demand immediate action to address this issue. This kind of treatment is not only unfair but also a clear violation of customer service standards and anti-discrimination laws. We urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that all customers, regardless of their race, are treated with equal respect and courtesy.

Very busy location & although the store has a large variety of items the store was very disorganized. Also I had issues at checkout with missing bar codes which slows down production on both sides. The staff were very nice & were not complaining about their job or other employees. Seems to have become a trend at many DT locations.

I mean it's a dollar tree. Pretty basic. It's not as big as the ones you'd find in the city, so there's less variety, but it's still a dollar tree. The staff is usually super friendly though.
