For two years I’ve been filing with H&R ……..NEVER AGAIN!!!Liberty Tax found $5000 I was owed in back taxes that your preparers missed!!!!!They also weren’t willing to answer ANY questions I had about getting a PIN. Just gave me a number for EMPLOYERS which I am not!VERY POOR customer service!NEVER AGAIN!

We had Brandi was our tax pro and she was great! Brandi is very knowledgeable and did a great job showing and explaining our tax results! Would definitely recommend her !
