The lady at front desk no respect for a truck driver I don't know how this place has a 4.0 stars if I coul give a negative 0 I will if you come here at night do not park in front of the dock doors or you will have this person banging on your door like crazy

Just delivered a load from Storm lake to this place today and this morning early and these people are very kind and very quick very professional and very easy to maneuver around the area was able to sleep overnight in the parking area. this place is definitely a pleasant experience compared to some of the places I go to.

This place I super fast and friendly. There's a dirt lot where overnight parking is allowed. Amazing people that load you at an amazing speed. Once you have a door you can't even go back to sleep or rest cause they're already at your door getting ready to hand you your paperwork. Love it here. For a cold storage it was well worth the experience to get loaded .
