Overall not bad. The site was good and everything loaded well. The phone number is still an issue but unlike everyone else, I was able to get ahold of an operator and they were rather friendly. However, there is a lot to work on.

Website very easy to navigate. When I called it sent me straight to customer service, which is awesome. Who doesn't like not waiting on hold!?

I haven’t used the service yet but the site is easy to navigate. The phone takes you straight to customer service and I appreciate that.
