Cannot get a hold of a banker. The automated voice answering sucks. I am trying to get a hold of my local bank. They opened at 9. It is now 9:20. I have been on the phone trying to speak to a person for 20 minutes. When the AI finally recognized I wanted to speak to a person it said they were busy and to try their online app and hung up.

I have had two amazing interactions with employees at this bank. The first interaction I went to every bank in town and no one would help me but this bank. I opened an account because of the help I received. Yesterday, Alison was able to go out of her way to help me with a down payment for closing costs on my house. Without her willingness to help and professionalism, I would be out of a home for at least a week. This bank has some exceptional employees willing to go above and beyond. I hope they understand the results of their actions and management rewards their exceptional service. Thank you!

I had closed my account. I’m still being charged after my debit card was cut in front of me and told I was no longer a customer after They had scolded me for not making enough money. I come to find out my account is still open and still charging me a fee and over draft. Asked for my tax return and asked for my stimulus. I didn’t and l don’t receive either. Told me they were in the business to make money. That is why they charge $ to keep an open account every month. Then they charge an over draft fee if their fee takes you in the negative. Then another $36 fee for that first over draft fee you didn’t know about.

US Bank has been my bank for well over a decade in this town. The negative posts sounds like whiners to me. Take the time to read and understand the banks hours and rules, and also grow up a little. The bank offers a feature, and deserves to get paid for it. Professionals work here, I have never caught a mistake, and the times when I had questions about my account, I got intelligent and helpful responses.

Charges $5 for non customers for notary service. Terrible thing to do considering the tornado. When confronted with this policy, a banker became very defensive and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise.
