“My son, Joey brought our cat Edgar into the office today and he felt the receptionist did not introduce herself or explain what was going to happen. He also said a male doctor came in to check out Edgar and when Joey gave the history of Edgar’s illness the vet tech made a noise indicating that why did it take him two weeks to get him in to be seen for a cold?! The doctor did not introduce himself. Joey lives in Chicago and the soonest we cold get him in to the vet there was the end of March. We are glad he got antibiotics to help with his cold. I am very disappointed with how the team reacted. ?”
