Marshalltowns locations have horrible customer service.

Plenary 2024 and they continue to make appointments in a bank where almost no people arrive, are we still in COVID time? . If you arrive without appointments, they don't see you and the employees look at their phones. Horrible experience…

I have been to both Marshalltown locations twice asking to see a banker. Once today and once last week. Both times there was not a banker available. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 40 years and I think it's time for a change. This is not the first poor service that I've received.
